At Pegasus Special Riders, volunteers do far more than give their time — they change lives. They walk alongside riders who are discovering their strength, cheer on breakthroughs that bring tears to everyone in the arena, and show up week after week with the kind of dedication that makes our program truly special. Through their commitment, special individuals achieve things they never thought possible — finding their voice, building confidence, and experiencing the pure joy that only a horse can bring.

But the gift goes both ways. Our volunteers build lifelong friendships, discover a deeper sense of purpose, and become part of a passionate, fun-loving community united by one common goal: making a real difference in the lives of others. Many of our volunteers will tell you that they came to give, but left with far more than they expected.
